Introduction

Metropolitan Limousine has been operating a private chauffeured service in the Chicagoland area since 1972. We are located at 1836 South Wabash Avenue in the heart of the South Loop.

The company was founded on the standard of providing the highest quality limousine service available. This is accomplished through the attitude of our employees as well as the diversity and quality of our current fleet. The fleet includes a new Rolls Royce Phantom, Mercedes-Benz S-550 and Audi A8L sedans, Lincoln Executive L Town Car sedans, six and eight passenger extended Lincoln limousines, Ford Expedition EL SUV's, a Mercedes Sprinter 15 passenger Shuttle, eight passenger deluxe Executive Vans, Ford Econoline E350 passenger vans and executive mini coaches. There is basically a vehicle to comfortably and smoothly fulfill any need or concern.

A service oriented attitude is sought in all applicants, with special emphasis on their personality, knowledge, driving skills and appearance. They are thoroughly screened and trained in both driving and the expectations of a chauffeur. All of our chauffeurs strive towards being experts in their profession. They know how to put their clients first, and you can rely on their integrity.

For our clients traveling nationally and internationally, Metropolitan Limousine has developed a network of affiliate partners across the U.S. and Canada, and in major cities across Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. Our goal has been to partner with the "best of breed" providers in all the cities we serve, and who share our ideals so that our clients have a consistently superior level of service. Metropolitan Limousine also represents the Dav-El Limousine Network as their agent in Chicago, providing clients with national accounts the flexibility of securing service locally and utilizing their national account privileges.

Our on-premise reservation and dispatch center is available to our clients around the clock, so that they have  peace of mind in knowing that assistance is available to them from wherever they are, at any time they need it. Our centralized billing system in Chicago also provides clients with prompt and efficient expense reporting capabilities by offering automated invoicing and trip receipt options via fax or email.

Locally, Metropolitan Limousine represents all of the city's top luxury hotels as their in-house car service, all since their opening in Chicago. Most of Chicago's major corporations, private firms and business leaders are represented as well.

It has always been a policy to offer service that is discreet, reliable and highly professional. All personnel sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement. We feel this is a very important element in choosing a limousine service. It is possible to have a meeting in the security and comfort of the car where confidential matters can be discussed away from the office.
