A select number of chauffeurs have been trained and are available to present personalized sightseeing tours upon request. Each tour is fit to the specific interest and time allowance of the client.

All vehicles arrive with complimentary water, diet soda, witch hazel towelettes, facial tissue, beverage napkins, straws and mints. Local papers as well as the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times are also provided. In addition, Chicago Social and Chicago Magazine are provided in each vehicle. Special amenity arrangements may be made by calling one of our team members.

Several bilingual chauffeurs are employed and special consideration is given to bilingual applicants.

Trucks and vans are available for special baggage handling needs, such as those of touring bands, special event planners, or trunk fashion shows.

Metropolitan Limousine is protected by complete liability insurance in the amount of $10 million. These limits are 40 times that of the State of Illinois statutory requirement of $250,000.
